- Payment Information: Payment transaction references and settlement records through integrated payment providers. We do not store sensitive mobile money PINs or full payment credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve Quickdrop services
- Connect customers with nearby sellers and delivery partners
- Process and manage orders and deliveries
- Provide real-time order tracking and ETA updates
- Manage payments, settlements, and refunds
- Improve app performance, reliability, and security

- Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or policy violations

3. Features Without an Account
Some Quickdrop features may be accessible without creating an account. These may include:
- Browsing nearby sellers
- Viewing product or menu information
- Searching available products and services
However, account registration is required for placing orders, saving addresses, tracking deliveries, viewing order history, and accessing personalized services.
4. Location Data Usage
Quickdrop uses location data to provide localized commerce and delivery services. Your location helps us:
- Display nearby sellers and available services
- Calculate delivery distance and fees
- Improve delivery routing and ETA accuracy
- Enable live delivery tracking
- Assist riders and logistics agents during delivery fulfillment
Location data is only collected when necessary for service functionality and with your device permission. You can manage location permissions through your device settings.
5. Account and Order Management
Users can manage their personal information through the Quickdrop application, including:
- Updating profile information
- Managing saved delivery addresses
- Viewing order history
- Managing notification preferences
- Requesting account deletion
